Groups and Hosts

What is this "Host group" thing?
I have added around 30 servers in the hosts sections. Can I put them in groups now? if so how? is this something else altogether?
I use Zabbix 1.0

in the screen where you add a new host, you have the option to add that host to a new or existing group. this is how it works on 1.1 anyway.

I have already added all the hosts in my network.
Is there any way I can add them to groups now?

yeah, just edit the host.
