Monitoring status operation in Router & switch

Hi

Well ... i have a great problem with my network and zabbix works excelent
but exist a parameter for retrieve status of swith & router

i used ifoperstatus but the triggers not works and includin in my network maps but not show chang of color......... :confused:
This is my trigger

{R-MELENA:ifOperStatus1.diff(0)}=1

Are you getting valid data back from ifOperStatus? IIRC, it requires a period followed by a port number to get valid data from it; ie;
IF-MIB::ifOperStatus.1

Will return the status of port 1
