Any news on when the software wil go into beta again and when a new 'point-o' release is to be expected?
I'm really looking forward to using the new features in my production environments and just hesitant to start using alpha versions for that without the guarantee there will be an upgrade path without having to upgrade for all development versions in between the one used and the final release...

alexei mentioned that he was planning on releasing the first 1.1 beta sometime last week. this obviously never happened, but i would assume the answer is 'very soon.'
i would like to see some more fixes and included patches from forum in beta.
and pls try to test compiling on different os`s. i can offer a FreeBSD Box if you are interested, mail me. you get root access for the time. net-snmp and ldap always making trouble.
regards,
marc
p.s. but last but not least.. thanks for this great project.
Yes, the answer is very soon. Actually I may release it even today, I just want to make sure that all reported issues and most important patches are in 1.1beta1. This requires quite significant time for testing.
Hopefully ZABBIX 1.1beta1 will be out by next Monday.

I am still checking the front page every day or so though for that release!
Maybe I should see if i can help instead of being so complacent :)
Please, be patient. We moved to a new office this week :) I was slightly busy with infrastructure-related issues. Currently everything is sorted out.
