how stop automatic refresh

Hello.
Can somebody tell me how to stop automatic refresh of latest values site?
I need to save some graphs, and the 30 sec automatic refresh doesn't help me with this :)

Check under the administration tab and edit your user. Then modify the line for Refresh (in seconds).

You can also control it on per user level. Click on Profile (Top-Right link).
