Hi ALL,

I installed the Zabbix Server 1.1beta1 on a SuSE Linux 9.3 Professional. I have a lot of Sun Solaris 8 boxes. Where can I get the agent (compiled) for Solaris 8?
I haven't a C compiler in my Solaris 8 boxes....

Anyone can help me?

:D

Thanks,
Nascimento

Greetings,

I can't help with the Sun binary, but, if you end up having to get a compiler for Solaris8, you might want to check out The Sun Freeware Site (http://www.sunfreeware.com/). They have a lot of GNU / Open Source applications compiled for various versions of Solaris, including the entire GCC suite.

You can get gcc from sunfreeware.com, I recommend compiling on a local machine in your setup. If you can't for some reason, I can try and build you a binary. However, my workstation is down right now and the array is running fsck, if it finishes before I go home I could probably do it today , if not It will have to wait for next week.

I assume you are talking ultrasparc architecture... x86 you're on your own.
