Hello

This patch is to allow to Include all files in a directory in the Windows Agent configuration file. So far this feature was available only on UNIX agents.

hmm..
I think it should be attached to : https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-3928 (include a directory)
and not to https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-1917 aka ZBXNEXT-833 that deals with variable expantion ...

because that issue initially contained both problems, but then another one was created with inclusion problem separately, so it made sense to split them up :)
