CentOS repository (i386 [32 bit] and x86_64 [64 bit] packages both available)

RedHat 5 repository (i386 [32 bit] and x86_64 [64 bit] packages both available)

There are .repo files located here as well.... you could wget these into /etc/yum.repos.d, and then in theory an install of Zabbix 1.8.3 would be as simple as running 'yum install zabbix zabbix-server zabbix-agent'

Zabzen is an OpenSource tool designed for large zabbix network with lots of servers (I use it for 1500 servers), it performs rapid configuration ready to be imported in Zabbix from:
  • a list of servers or a list of databases instances MYSQL / ORACLE / MSSQL (csv file)
  • a META Template used as a input model


It ouputs one XML file with hundreds of servers ready to be imported in Zabbix (and for example for Oracle, it produces also the tnsnames.ora file).

zabora.php & template (compatible versions Oracle 8, 9, 10 et 11)
Based mainly on zabora.sh from Den Crane with the following new checks:
- Segments with less than alarm level free extents
- Non Autoextensible tablespaces above alarm level used% space
- Autoextensible datafile with less alarm level free increments
- Rewrite rcachehit according to METALINK Note 33883.1
- Library Cache Hit Ratio
- Search for ORA- strings in alert.log file
Prerequisites: php-cli, php-oci8 et ZabbixAPI.class.php for alertlogpath check

MYSQL
zabmy.php & template (compatible version Mysql 5, thank you for feedbacks on other versions)
Prerequisites: php-cli, php-mysql

MSSQL
zabsql.php & templates (compatible versions SQL 2000 et 2005, thank you for feedbacks on other versions)

Does someone used zabbix to monitor a checkpoint utm-1 edge X firewall? I have the mib from checkpoint (.1.3.6.1.4.1.2620) but none of OIDs are working.

But I'm sure that snmp is working because I'm able to retrieve "simple" OIDs like sysUpTime, SysName, etc and even CPU load (.1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.2 - 5 min).

But I'm not able to get, for instance, WAN traffic. I did a snmpwalk and got lots of values, but how to identify which one is the one that I need?
