Hopefully you have looked around - and maybe even improved some aspect of this wiki. Do you see some things that would benefit from additional sections, maybe some important thing content-wise is missing? Feel free to express yourself in comments or this page. See general guidelines, though.
Feel that some aspect of wiki configuration could be improved? Maybe some crucial plugin is missing? Speak up.
Some problems with DokuWiki or its plugins have been noticed. Help from DokuWiki knowledgeable crowd would be appreciated to fix those.
Include plugin is including a page twice when using nested inclusion. For example, see test3. Reported at http://github.com/dokufreaks/plugin-include/issues/#issue/12
If sidebar is longer than page content, vertical separator line ends at the bottom of the sidebar. Would be better if separator would always continue till the footer.
If numbering level increases because of inclusion, this change seemingly randomly propagates to indexmenu. for example, see testcase. Numbering in the index will change from “1.1” and “1.2” to “1” and “2”. Obviously, desired outcome is two level number always and everywhere, including individual page views.
If you feel that some additional plugins might be useful, list them here along with functionality provided, how it could be useful for this wiki and any known caveats.
http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:sortablejs Provides tables that can be sorted by clicking in the header. Could be useful for larger tables, but conflicts with ODT export - sortable tables are missing from the exported document.
Feedback for the old wiki is kept here for historical purposes.
Very nice Alexei! I noticed I could edit the Dev team TODO page. I suggest setting up some groups (i assume you can use the existing vb groups) and put some access controls on certain pages. There is no need to give free reign to all. — charles 2007/03/19 13:42
I agree. Let see what we can do. — Alexei 2007/03/21 19:18
As discussed in our Email conversation :) I would spend some nights for this if you send me a “GO”. For the audience (maybe there are more ideas)..
This would be my suggestion for structure of ZabbixDokuWikiPart
First i would copy pdf in to Wiki-Root/Documentation/*, Chapter by chapter & Page by page. Annoying but has to be done. All non-Contrib. non-Discussion pages become read-only: all, read-write: admin, moderators?
Then a copy of each page is done into */Contrib.
The pages get interwiki linked in crossdirections. You would be able to navigate between community provided content page by page and can take a short look into official version by just following a link.
The _discussion pages are as used in wikipedia and must be writable.
Developers and maybe some hand sorted moderator's after an developer verified textblock in _Discussion page could merge good explanations, more details etc. into official version.
