Default OK vs CLEAR

There seems to be some confusion in my team with regard to the OK message. In traditional monitoring systems when an alert returns to normal the message states "CLEAR" or "RECOVERED" is there a way to change the OK to CLEAR for the recovery message?

Maybe you can use the translation/local feature?
Administration -> Locales
There seems to be a "OK" there, but I do not know how it works ...

Default Actually...

I did try to edit en_gb.inc.php but that didn't seem to change the email OK to CLEAR. It seems that file is broken up as reference to different files I can't see anything that references email but I changed all the OKs to CLEAR and triggered an alert. The email still came as OK.
