Zabbix Announcements

Today I had a need to look up the release announcements for 1.4.0. I don't know if there ever were release announcements for this version or if it was deleted. Please do not delete announcements but leave them as I'm sure others have had a need to look for a specific announcement.

The release notes (or release announcements, as you put it) for all versions of ZABBIX are available at the web-site: go to the section "Download", then click "Release notes" and choose the version you need.
