vfs.dev.read/write??

I read about the vfs.dev.read/write that's working now in zabbix 1.6.1
But vfs.dev.read and vfs.dev.write are already working in zabbix pre 1.6!

am i missing something? or are we talking about a new type of item?

I have the same problem, after upgrade to from 1.6 to 1.6.1 does not work the item vfs.dev.read and vfs.dev.write.
