Separating triggers by team

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to assign certain triggers to notify certain teams? The only criteria that I see now is the severity of a trigger, but I would like to be able to choose which team to email based on which host generates the trigger.

Is Actions page the right way forward?

Yes! In 'Action conditions' you can select Host Group or Hostname.
In 'Action operations' you can send message to Single User or User Group.
