may i know the log file in zabbix.

which is the log is about email notication.

i want to know to which email it had been sent.

is there any??

we can only know how much the email had been sent to the user.

i want to know the exact email address had received email from zabbix server.

That Zabbix screen will show you in 'Recipient(s)' field the intended destination (in this case, the email where the notification was sent) and the 'Status' field will show you if the Alert was/was not successfully sent.
