Hello.
We recently had a failed drive in a server which sent the array into the state string "degrade".
The action text was:
Status: Areca RAID Set #1: {RAIA-MelbourneIUS:areca[raidset1].last(0)} (latest value)
...
areca[raidset1] is definitely "degrade" otherwise it would never have been triggered however we received the "Normal" state in the alert which was emailed to us.
I can only think that because it was added based on another server's items/linkages that it was grabbing the wrong action message.
If this is a known problem I hope it would be fixed, otherwise if it could be looked at - I would appreciate it. If it doesnt send correct values in alerts it is a big problem.
