PATCH: fixes for graph period dropdowns

The base period for graphs was resetting after being modified as discussed here (http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1644&highlight=hour) and here (http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1483&highlight=graph+period).

This patch should address the issue, applied against the current cvs 11/17/2005.

sorry 'bout that.

this will also retain the current period if you set one on a screen with lots of graphs and then zoom in on one rather than resetting to 1h. Seemed like a good quality of life feature.
