Trigger Problems

I create triggers correctly, yet when I check the triggers, they say unkown. I checked my syntax and everything. Doesn't seem to work correctly. Here is the expression I'm using:

{JUPITER:service_state[MSExchangeIS].last(0)}>0

figured it out. my zabbix processes had stopped running.
