How to block spam ?

Hi,

There are more and more spam posts on this forum.
I generally try to report them as SPAM as soon as I see them but I get this kind of message:
"This forum requires that you wait 60 seconds between reporting posts. Please try again in 30 seconds."
when I try to report several spams at once.

Since it is better for everybody on this forum to get rid of these spams as soon as possible, is there another way to report them without being blocked for one minute ?

Unfortunately,
I couldn't trust waiting for it to be solved so I run the forum feed through yahoopipes blocking about 15 common unwanted advertisements & porno keywords by post title.

My suggestion is to have one or two people who frequent the forums who are trusted and live in a timezone opposite of Latvia be granted some limited Admin privs.
