Zabbix_server and MySQL timeout.

Hi.
I have zabbix_server and MySQL server on dedicated machines. If I reboot MySQL machine - zabbix_sever stops on MySQL timeout:

003862:20051219:114146 Failed to connect to database: Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on '195.146.125.61' (113)

I'm searching for any tip, how say to zabbix_server for any "timeout" value for storing values into MySQL, or ignore this error (and lose tempor. data during reboot).

Reboot of MySQL server takes abbout 4 min.
