Copying items

hello,

I'm new to Zabbix so maybe there's a way to do this.

If I have an item that exists on one template, is there a quick way to copy it to another template? Or do I have to re-create it for each template?

there used to be, I don't think there is anymore.

I found a nice way of getting around this limitation. Setup groups exactly as you want them and then use the add to group function.

You could even have every host in its own single host group and then just add to "group". Personally I found during the beta6 > beta7 template functionality change, this method was a huge time saver!!!
