items and userparameter

hi,
i trying to add an item(s) to one of my oracle hosts ,
i will use this item(s) for oracle checks .
the item will get information from some "userparameter" in the agent configuration file that will use some oracle script that
will run in the oracle database.

but!!
i cant add items it tell me that is un supportde after i add the item to the host ??

what did i do wrong here ?
