Alexei,

wouldn't it be nice to have a graphing system like Google Finance has?
It is very attractive and neat.

On the original site you can slide the graph back in time.

See attached image or feel the live experience at http://www.google.com/finance?client=ig&q=GOOG

On the original site you can slide the graph back in time. There's lots of crazy things you can do with AJAX, but I'd rather see other improvements before stirring that hornet's nest!

It sure is neat, though.

Greetings

Since gprahs are being generated on-the-fly fancy graphs will slow down page load significantly. I'd rather have fast page load at the cost of some fancy features.

I right clicked it and it says Flash 8.even worse ... I ususally use OpenBSD on my desktop and there's no Flash player.

PS: using flash for the clock is also ... well ... interesting :-) as it shows the time on the client, not the time of the server (nor the time of the local timezone of the monitored system, which would be really convenient when doing worldwide support!)

Wrong! Depending on type of the clock it shows either server time or local time.
