Hi,

It would be nice if the IT Services (SLA) could have more functionality because this is one of the most important sections of Zabbix (great app :D).

e.g.

IT Services
Service
Database Servers: (group)
-Host1
Triggers
-Host2
Triggers
-Host3
Triggers
Email Servers: (group)
-Host1
Triggers
-Host2
Triggers
-Host3
Triggers

Currently if you enter IT services you have a group with different host under them with the triggers as a dependant to the hosts. So you get a SLA bar for the groups and if you enter the group you get SLA bar for the hosts, and if you enter host you get a SLA bar for the triggers. It would be great if you could manage these groups and hosts with triggers better because at the end of the day you have to report on SLA stats for a group, and hosts (IT being technical we want SLA on the hosts and services – need to know what is giving the problem and how often) SLA stats should be for the month (with weekly reporting if needed) and a function to plot a line/pie/bar/etc. graph on all the groups, hosts and triggers.

And thank for this great product :)

I think an important improvement can be done by giving to the user the right to chose the beginning of a service and the end of a service for every day (and maybe some day off to like sunday).
The SLA must be calculate for some services just for the working hours (if a database is down during the night but is running while people work it do not have to enter in count in the SLA :D ).
I know that a trigger can be declared for a couple of hour but I think that the calculation of the SLA is 24hours*7days (If I'm wrong correct me and say me how to just compute SLA for the working hours). The documentation is not enougth clear for this point (but just for this point, the rest is very good :) )

Some one else have the same problem?

I would like to set user selectable windows for IT services screen. For example "last month", "last week", "today" etc.
