Action Sending Continuous Emails

After setting up a TRIGGER for a template called W03, like so:

{W03:agent.ping.nodata(60)}=1

I then setup an ACTION like so:

Send Message
Trigger
Trigger Value = ON
User Group
Systems Administrators
Subject: {TRIGGER.NAME}: {STATUS}
Message: {TRIGGER.NAME}: {STATUS}
Repeat: No repeats

Whenever I turn on the action, it begins to send email and does not stop until I disable the action. Is the issue the Trigger Value = ON? If so, how does one arrange a one-time alert that says a box cannot be reached?

Hi,

we have requirement that we need an continuous alarm, if any event occurs, we are only getting one alarm on change of state, can you please let me how do i achieve this.

i am not getting this option
