Can anyone give me a brief explanation on the Status calculation algorithm option in the SLA's?
Very very briefly:
If all child triggers and services of your service are in OK state, then the service is OK as well. Otherwise, the service has problems.
SLA% = 100*<OK time>/(<OK time> + <Problem time>)

More important is where does the unknown triggers stuff goes in that equation?????
