IT Services - Improvements

Hi all !

I was wondering if there is some way to make the IT Services show not only the last week SLA, but let us enter the initial date and the final date.

Or just show the SLA for the last month...

This would make easier to everyone calculate the SLA for any day of the month or for an specifid period...

If someone can help, I appreciate...

I'm currently administering zabbix server which monitors about 800 cisco routers and have to hand over administration to other company. The client for which this system is set up required ability to see monthly SLA statistics for month. We currently use 1.4.4 (didn't have time to update to 1.4.6) and client can see such reports, but the issue is that they must do point&click for every object to see this. So change from "last 7 days" to adjustable period would be one solution.

For now I did some nasty digging into zabbix db structure and php things and came up with a temporary solution which gave me such a report in a text file. Still the goal would be to somehow integrate this in zabbix web interface so It looks like I'll dig into this in near future (handover deadline is middle of September).

May be availability report will do. In ZBX 1.6 you may choose period.

Im also looking for the same solution to see the IT Services off the last month or year. Could you tell me how you made it possible to create the temprorary report into a textfile. Hope it would be possible in the webinterface 1.8.1 to
