Well, you're certainly leaving us searching too. What kind of patch? What do you want to use it for? What have you tried so far?

I want to test this patch:
Database Size Estimation
My configuration:
Ubuntu Server 7.10
Zabbix 1.4.4 (server + agent)
I got the file .patch but where i must put it? Use a command line?
I'm a linux and zabbix beginner.
Thanks for help.

There is a program named "patch" that you can use to apply patches. That name is badly-chosen because it makes it impossible to Google for it.
Read the man pages for 'diff' and 'patch'. Trawl the Linux forums for 'diff' and 'patch' and you'll find how these programs are used.
I used them years ago, so my experience is not something you should build on.
