    1.3.1 install going round-and-round?

    after going through web install pages (everything is correct) setup just keeps reloading install procedure form begining.?

    Did you download from Install Wizard and installed zabbix.conf.php?

          Check for a ZBX_CONFIG (or something like that) cookie. Either delete it or restart your browser.

              Looks like you are missing the php-bcmath module. Try yum install php-bcmath. I had the same problem and that resolved it.
