    More IT Services Trouble

Ok, I've read the archives on creating IT Services, and I've been able to create some SLA's that seem to work, but not for an ICMP ping. I've got a trigger to watch for icmppingsec to be 0, then it creates an event. This seems to work just fine. IT Services, however, does not seem to see this event, and reports back a 100% SLA, and show no time in the problems field when digging deeper. Can anyone provide some help with this? I'm running 1.4.2 on Fedora 7, with mysql.

Can you post an exact blow-by-blow description of the SLA's that WORK ? coz none of mine seem to work, no matter what I do.
Also, a screenshot of the entire tree could be really cool.

    Thanks.

My SLA's that work are using the trigger for agent.ping. This seems to work fine, but it's the ICMP ping that does not. My tree is rather simple at the moment, as I'm still testing. I'm not sure how exactly to attatch a screenshot.
