Hi,

My last check in "latest data" for some items is not refresh for the last 6 days, so information for some items is 6 days old. This happens for all my hosts and for some items, the others work ok.

My triggers for these not refreshed items have this Error: Host is unavailable.

I don't get any graphs for these items.

I get this log entry:

No active checks on server: host [HOSTNAME] not found

Please I need help. Why is this happening?, Can I force to get the latest value?, Any ideas?

My zabbix version is 1.6.6. Thanks.

This may have something to do with the 'timeout' issue that I mentioned to you in another thread. [In Zabbix_server.conf]

There are no graphs because there is no data to graph.

Two things spring to mind. 1. Is the agent running? Anything in the agent log? and 2. Is the hostname in the agent.conf the same as in the zabbix gui (case sensitive)

Thanks MrKen. I'll give it a try, and I'll tell you if it's fixed with the 'timeout' issue.

I response to your questions. 1. The agent is running, I tried to restart the agent, but nothing happened. Nothing on the agent log, just what I told you 'No active checks on server: host [HOSTNAME] not found'. 2. The hostname in the agent.conf is the same as in the zabbix gui.

I upgraded to version 1.8 and everything works fine now.
