patch oracle

Hi,

the web interface cannot connect to oracle DB and i get error for missing guest account.

Patch attached, but i'm not sure for the round function.
Need zabbix team validation.

It's excellent! Now i can login come under user Admin!
I recommend to all who use Zabbix 1.4 with Oracle!!!
