BUGFIX: Blinking inactive triggers in overview screen

Hello.

Under certain (very common) conditions, inactive triggers in the overview screen blink togeather with the active triggers. The attached patch fixes this annoying glitch.

Do you mean the following scenarios?
- when a host has been unreachable for a while, and on return all triggers for that host come up with blinking FALSE status
- when you update a trigger for a host / template, after which it/they come up with blinking FALSE status

If so, the patch isn't doing what its supposed to do in my instance (1.4.4)

You misunderstand. This patch handles ONLY the case of triggers that are DISABLED. It has no effect on triggers that are enabled and are supposed to blink.

All versions of 1.4 have a problem that if there is a trigger blinking (correctly) which is immidiately followed by gray triggers (disabled), then these gray triggers will be blinking too. That's not correct.
