Low Level Discovery Template não linka c.. (ItemProtoType + Linking other Template)

Galera, na versão 2.0.2, fui tentar linkar um template com "LLD" a outro template, e tive o seguinte erro


Error in query [INSERT INTO applications (applicationid,hostid,name,templateid) VALUES ('738','10086','FileSystems','707')] [Duplicate entry '10086-FileSystems' for key 'applications_2']
SQL statement execution has failed "INSERT INTO applications (applicationid,hostid,name,templateid) VALUES ('738','10086','FileSystems','707')".


Bom, para ajudar os colegas, segue informações abaixo.
