We are trying to install Oracle 10g on a 64 bit Fedora Core 6 / 7 System (Dell Poweredge 2950).
On CentOS we could install it without Problems, but we don't get it running on Fedora Core. For example we are told to make a downgrade to install "binutils-2.15.92.0.2-10", which has many dependencies.
Does anybody have any experience in installing Oracle 10g on 64 bit Fedora Core 6 / 7 Systems, or
does anybody know some HowTo/Tutorial/Guide for Fedora Core 6 / 7?
