A question for usability

Does anyone know where I can find software that would be of use to a blind coworker of mine so that he would be able to use Zabbix, I believe he is running Ubuntu or Windows, but I'm not sure which. It would be very useful to him and I would really appreciate it.

I have created a screen, but no one ealse can see the screen.

The idea is to present the screen on a plasma for the office, and this needs to be a secure user.

Anyone have any idea what I need to do the get my plasma user to see me screen? The is it possible to secure...
