Send arduino informations to Zabbix

Anyone has a solution which is capable to solve my problem? I'm using an Arduino UNO connected to a Shield SIM 900. Most of the options that I found were about Ethernet Shield, but it doesn't fit in what I'm looking for. I also already tried using the Zabbix API, however, I didn't found out a way to...

Dear DIY'rs, please use actual version of Zabbuino. Many commands and sources is obsolete for now.
