HOST.HOST Macro Location for Community String

Hello,

I am trying to use the hostname as the community string for a host item.
This is because 1 IP address has multiple community strings and use the same OID.

The Location Macro {HOST.HOST<1-9>} appears to do this functionally.
But i cannot get it...

Is there a method of using a community to read(equal) the hostname of the device using SNMP?

I have looked into macros,
would I change the SNMP Community field to {HOST.HOST} ?

or would i have to create a macro for the device ?
