How to customize problem page in Zabbix

Hello Everyone, I would like to customize zabbix problem page having an extra column(or a pop-up window) which will have troubleshooting steps for each problem entries. How can we achieve this....

Hello Zabbixers.
I would appreciate small (?) enhancement in graph viewing:
Every graph could have default period - default scale for time axis (x).
Also it would be nice if I could choose when displaying the graph, whether I like last used scale or always default scale.
