Delayed data in the dashboard

I have Zabbix in my environment and it's connected to my local windows servers with the active agent, everything it's working except in my dashboard there is a delay.
for example, when I add a widget to show send & receive of my file server network card when I copy something big Zabbix...

I'm getting alerted on windows services that are "Automatic (Triggered Start)" and "Automatic (Delayed Start)". Not terribly actionable, since those services are usually off. I see that I can exclude individual services, but wondered if there was a way to exclude these types of...
