Actions for Zabbix Disk Discovery

Hi All,
I have been facing issue of False values in email against Zabbix Disk Discovery Alerts.
It just send first 1 or two values accurate then sends the same old false values.
Any one help me in this old issue, is it a bug or some bad action configurations against disks discovery...

Hello all;

We have Zabbix 2.2.1 with postgresql 9. 324 hosts, 8651 items and 4850 triggers are in our zabbix.

Also we have housekeeper that run every hour.

But our /opt disk size, in other word history* table size is constantly raising.
One month ago...
