Zabbix 5.0 Escalations are not working for problems that start during maintenance

Hi,

Escalations and Action Operations are not working for problems that start during a maintenance window and are not resolved after the maintenance period ends.
Action Conditions include "Problem is not suppressed"
Default operation step duration is 5 min.

I have found several instances where I need to have an email user or distribution list notified based on a particular trigger action, but there is no need for these particular users to ever login to Zabbix. Is it possible to send trigger alerts/actions to an email address without the associated user...

a problem occurs - mail is sent with the problem.
problem changes to ok - mail is sent that "all is ok" !

after one hour i get the same "all is ok" message ! and again and again after each hour ...

i check the escalations table...

Hi all,

I have an action with escalations. I have it fire every 10 minutes until the problem is fixed. That works fine. The problem is that the recovery message keeps firing every 10 minutes, even long after the problem has been fixed.
I use zabbix 1.8.1. Not sure what more information...
