Odd rendering of text on X-axis ticks

This worked fine on Zabbix 7 then I've rebooted the server and some subsequent update/service restart is now applied. It's probably not Apache responsible for this, so a graphics library or a PHP module, but which one?

После очередного sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade пропала легенда у Screens и Graphs
Логи ниже.

I'm finding that all my Zabbix graphs are missing axis and legend text?

I'm not sure what Zabbix uses to render it's graphs but some other users with graphing problems posted the following excerpt from phpinfo.

GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)...
