I have a Zabbix 7.2 instance behind a Cloudflare Tunnel. My problem is that the "User Profile" menu does not show dropdowns when accessing through the FQDN, but it does when accessing through VPN using internal DNS domain or IP:

https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBXNEXT-791 is listed as closed, but I do not think it has been fullfilled.

HostnameItem=system.hostname
returns NetBIOS name

HostnameItem=system.hostname[host]
returns hostname

There is no way to autoset "FQDN"...
