create host macro to cover all interfaces for temp warn thresholds on switch?

I am using snmp to query a switch and noticed that the default value on the template does not match the warn and critical threshold on the switch, which is throwing false positives for all physical interfaces, is there a way to create a host macro that would include all interfaces...

I want to send all macros from host to an item but I don't find if it's possible.

For more information, I want to do this :
script[{$TT*}]

The {$TT*} would send all macros which begin {$TT}.
