How to get IP host and set into MySQL.DSN template

I'm new with the zabbix configuration and I need to know how can I set variable or other configuration that I abble to configure MySQL template with variables. For exemple:

Today I'm using mySQL template agent 2, I set 3 macros:
2 into template: MySQL.User and MySQL.Passoword...

Hello,

I am trying to use the hostname as the community string for a host item.
This is because 1 IP address has multiple community strings and use the same OID.

The Location Macro {HOST.HOST<1-9>} appears to do this functionally.
But i cannot get it...
