High memory usage on Zabbix proxy

My Zabbix proxy constantly experiencing high memory usage with barely any addition of devices. At first we set the proxy to 8GB or RAM but then later upgraded to 16GB due to high memory usage. Even then, Zabbix proxy keep chewing on memories like not even after a day, the memory consumption is already...

I think that zabbix lacks an automted way of generating maps, one way would be to use the user defined dependencies between triggers to generate an hierarchy map of hosts.

I am trying to make my installation of zabbix and the structure of templates and hosts in a cleanest way, cause I have a lot of nodes to monitor with different functions.

So I was trying to do (I am not sure if it is possible) something like, have one template per hardware...
