SLA - IT SERVICES (Old events)

Hello,

I created an IT Services but it didnt show me the SLA for Old events (events occured before create the IT Services).

What could I do to get the SLA for that info?

Hello.
I havent found any other post or bug-tracker on this, so if there is, im sorry.

We have several websites we monitor, and that i have set in different groups under IT Services.
When i add a service with an active trigger, let it run for some time, and then remove it,...
