Previously, when Atlassian allows us to use OpsGenie itself, i had no problem. But currently they kinda "forced" us to use built in OpsGenie in Jira (called Jira Teams Operation), i am facing an issue...

I am currently working on integrating Zabbix with Jira. As per the current integration tickets are being generated on jira whenever a new problem event occurs. But i have not been able to find a way to update Jira tickets when a update operation is done on the problem event on Zabbix.
