Zabbix Email Notifications

I would like to know if Zabbix has a built in SMTP server/agent for sending notifications ?

In Administration -> Media Types -> Email

There are some fields to fill in:

I would like to know if writing

SMTP server : 127.0.0.1...

I new in zabbix , a brother give me a server with zabbix on ubuntu , isnt working !! ,, the smtp is ok, the account of mail is ok, media type is ok, i only wants how works the notifications, thats my server mail is in antoher server. .. i think that i need config the...
