CommuniGatePro Mail Monitoring from Zabbix

I need to monitor CommuniGatePro mail queue and server status.
But can not install zabbix agent in the server and SNMP not start.
See the attachment.


No proper guide found as so far. So please guide to create zabbix " Items" ( or whatever method...
