Trouble while integrating Zabbix with ManageEngineSDP Cloud via Wenhook

Hi,

I am trying to integrate zabbix with ManageEngine SDP Cloud.
I have followed this documentation and carried out the integration - > https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/manageengine.

However while sending alert , I am getting error - Sending failed: Request failed...

Looking for some help from anyone who is using the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus integration with Zabbix
Independently, Zabbix and SDP are running with no issues, agents are happy, problems are raised in Zabbix and resolved in Zabbix
